Alarm Traders will be active buyers of accounts providing both a fair multiple and accelerated due and diligence and funding process. Alarm Traders guarantees a purchase decision within 3 business days after receiving the due diligence information and funding within 7 business days of the decision to purchase. In a typical transaction, here is the process we will follow :
• Seller submits application to Alarm Traders.
• Alarm Traders generates a letter of intent (LOI) within 3 business days of receiving the application.
• Seller submits due diligence information and Alarm Traders performs on-site visit.
• Within 3 days of receiving the complete due diligence information Alarm Traders will make a purchase decision.
• Funding will occur within 7 business days of Alarm Traders decision to purchase.
